Sironix Renewables recently joined the personal care industry in Irving, Texas, for the Southwest Society of Cosmetic Chemists’ 2026 Suppliers’ Day, held September 15 at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas. The event brought together suppliers, formulators and other industry professionals for a full day of exhibits, technical exchange and networking in the Lone Star State.
According to SWSCC leadership, the 2026 Suppliers’ Day drew more than 140 exhibitors and approximately 1,000 participants, which was a record for the southwest chapter.
For Sironix, the show offered a timely opportunity to introduce more formulators to its newly launched fatty acid furan molecular platform and discuss how the chemistry may open new possibilities in personal care formulation.
Formulators who made it to our booth had the chance to see and experience a variety of leave-on and rinse-off applications incorporating our technology. Those products helped move conversations beyond the chemistry itself and into the kinds of questions formulators most care about most: how an ingredient behaves in a real system, what it can contribute to performance and where it may fit within an existing formulation toolbox.
Solving Formulator Challenges
The event was also a fantastic opportunity to hear directly from formulators about the challenges they are working to solve. Those conversations are especially valuable as Sironix continues to expand the applications and data supporting its platform.
Just as important, Suppliers’ Day provided a chance to see some familiar faces, meet new industry colleagues and learn from others working across cosmetic science, ingredients, manufacturing and product development.
